We are delighted to announce that Daiwa Sports will again be sponsoring this year’s Amateur Casting Championships held in the main arena.

We are delighted to announce that Daiwa Sports will again be sponsoring this year’s Amateur Casting Championships held in the main arena.  The competitions will run over both days of the event, with a major tackle prize in each category being presented each day at 4pm.  The events will be managed and judged by a team of A.A.P.G.A.I Qualified Instructors and is free to enter. 
 

The Competition Categories:
 
Children’s Salmon Distance
 
Children’s Trout Distance
 
Adult’s Salmon Distance
 
Adult’s Trout Distance

Competition Rules:

• Each fly casting event is strictly for amateur casters only.
• Competitors will use tackle supplied by the competition organisers.
• Each competitor will be allowed three attempts at each discipline.
• Each competitor will have three minutes casting time during each attempt.
• The decision of the A.A.P.G.A.I Judging Panel will final.
